Procurement expert appraisal
During the beta period, all experts will be certified and given an expert level during the application process.
Level 1: 2-5 years working experience of which at least two are in non-managerial procurement related duties (i.e. Buyer, Senior buyer, Category management). Local language spoken plus basic ability to communicate (at least in writing) in English. Working experience achieved typically on local companies.
Level 2: 6-10 years progressive experience in Purchasing & Sourcing with extensive experience in mid- to large size organization. At least four years experience in procurement management/supervision related duties ( i.e. Procurement manager, Senior Category Manager). Local language spoken plus ability to communicate and negotiate fluently (verbal, written) in English. Working experience achieved for at least two years in multinational companies.
Level 3: over 10 years working experience of which at least seven are in senior supply management positions (i.e. Head of procurement, Procurement or Purchasing Director, CPO). Local language spoken plus fluent commercial and negotiation knowledge of additional two languages including English. Working experience achieved for over three years in multinational companies.
